As 2020 began, we never realized that this global pandemic would be on the menu, invading both our lives and livelihood. In the absence of a crystal ball, we have to consider all the possible scenarios and lead through strategic ambiguity. Success depends on moving the organization forward precisely at times when the path ahead is hazy. We need to adapt and take pragmatic action in this period of strategic uncertainty. This session will explore how to lead through change.

Learning Objectives:
At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to: (1) Discuss the roller coaster of emotions that people go through when adapting to change; and (2) Explain how to successfully navigate through the crisis by leveraging change management principles.
